It comes with simple black glossy frame with gold patterns, blue waves or red flowers on the edge. It features a mega dynamic contrast ratio, 0.001ms response speed and 600Hz technology and suggested price: 1,700,000(KRW).

Canon has announced two new IXUS cameras and three new compact PowerShot cameras in Korea. They the IXUS ’200IS’ and ’120IS’ and PowerShot ‘G11′, ‘S90′ and ‘SX20IS’. They will be available by the end of August.

The IXUS 200 IS comes with 24mm ultra wide-angle 5x zoom lens with a 3 inch PureColor II Touch display. It has 12.1 Megapixel sensor and DIGIC 4 – Canon’s fast, intelligent image processor – for superb image quality and natural color reproduction. Other features included an impressive wide 3.0 inch PureColor II Touch display and Active Display that allows you to flick through images and start/stop movies by simply moving and tilting the camera.

The IXUS 120 IS claimed to the slimmest wide-angle Digital IXUS ever. This slim camera manage to fit in an impressive wide angle (28mm) 4x optical zoom lens, 12.1 Megapixel resolution, DIGIC 4 processor and a 2.7 inch PureColor LCD II – Bright and clear, the screen can be viewed at multiple angles and it is also resistant to fingerprints and scratches.

LG has launched two touchscreen phones ‘L-06A’ and ‘L-04A’, will available via NTT DoCoMo on August 20 in Japan. Both phones feature the company’s fit ‘Live Character Park’ UI targeting young generation.

The L-06A comes with swiveling panel and supports HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access) service. It has a 5.1MP camera, microSD slot, a ‘G’ button on the keypad that allows the one-touch connection to Google’s business directory and available in White, Black and Red.

The slide touch ‘L-04A’ features a 3-inch full touchscreen and 1-Seg support and available in four different colors – White, Yellow, Silver and Pink.

LG has launched a new 2G clamshell in Korea, named ‘LG-LV7500′ aka Whistle. It comes with four different colors including white, dark navy, hot pink and sky blue. The phone has 115 LED lights on its front panel that allow user to create own emoticon design.
