Fuego 01 Grill

June 21st, 2006

Generally, we get all excited about large, somewhat bulky grills — but weve finally found a functional, stylish and sleek alternative to the $1000 Weber down at the local hardware store. The Fuego 01 Grill ($TBA) features an absolutely gorgeous modern design that includes the option of infrared, gas, and charcoal heating thanks to interchangeable cooking drawers. Other highlights include a cast-iron grilling surface, plenty of storage space thanks to several drawers, and a modular accessory system that uses pegs to attach to the perforated stainless steel exterior. Simply put, it redefines what a grill can be.
