I’m a bit late for this, the Microsoft Surface. This is Microsoft’s surface computer responds to touch, gestures and objects placed on the surface. It allows you to directly interact with a touch-sensitive 30-inch tabletop setup with your fingers and gives you hands-on control of photos, music and maps. You can stretch, share, and drag and drop digital images. The Microsoft Surface also sense objects that you put on top of it, you don’t need a cable and USB port to connect any device. For example, digital cameras, place on top and all of captured images will magically flow out of the device to the computer screen and they are ready for emailing and save. This technology will not be for home use right away, places like hotels, retail stores, and restaurants will use them first. Check out the demonstration from CNET after the jump.
