Dell S300w Short Throw Wireless Projector

Dell is introducing S300w Short Throw Wireless Projector that comes with 3D support. The projector shoot out 1280×800 WXGA resolution and has a 2200 ANSI lumens of brightness, a 2,400:1 contrast ratio, a built-in speaker and a IEEE802.11b/g Wi-Fi. For connectivity, it has HDMI, VGA, USB, RJ45, RS232, S-Video, and Composite Video. Package include a 1.8m VGA cable (VGA to VGA), an antenna, a USB cable, a remote control (w/two AAA batteries), and a manual. It measures 12-inch x 3.9-inch x 9.7-inch and weighing at 6.8 pounds. The Dell S300w is available at $999 each.

The OO is a wireless projector concept by David Riesenberg that project out High Definition 1080p data. It use either Wifi connection or internal SSD storage. It is powered by an internal Li-Ion battery (3 hours of operating) or using a single wire connected to a power source.

“With the combination of WIFI and internal storage, it can work as both extender/duplicator of an external display or as a wireless media projector/streamer with built in decoding capabilities.”

The projector can be controlled via its touchscreen remote and operated without it in extender/duplicator mode after pre configuration. More pictures after the break. Read more…

Apitek is going to release its PocketCinema Z20 HD-DV projector. This pocket-sized multimedia projector comes with built-in camcorder function that provides High Definition Video recording at a resolution of 720p. You can also use it for still pictures at up to 8.0-megapixel. The Z20 is equipped with new RGB LED technology producing wide range of true colors in high contrast and capable of projecting images up to 65-inch at a distance of 2 meters. RoyalTek RPJ-2000 Pico Projector

RoyalTek has released their first pico projector named RPJ-2000. This palm-sized projector comes with the 3M’s 2nd-generation LCoS engine, 14 ANSI lumens brightness and capable of producing images up to 65-inches with a native resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. It also comes with two 0.5W stereo speakers and both VGA and NTSC/PAL TV inputs. The RoyalTek RPJ-2000 is now available in Taiwan and Europe for 219 Euro (approx. $315).
