Here’s the leaked pic of the Sony Ericsson’s upcoming phone, the K850i Cybershot handset from a Hungarian website Terminal.hu. Here are the expected features of the phone, a 5-megapixel camera with a xenon flash, 640×480 VGA camera for video conferencing, 320×240 QVGA 262K color LCD display, GPRS and UMTS connectivity and Bluetooth support. The phone measures 4.6 x 1.9 x 0.5 inch and will be announce possibly at the CeBit trade show in Hanover this week.

K620i is Sony Ericsson upcoming multimedia mobile phone, it will features a 1.9-inch QCIF+ display, 3.2-megapixel camera, 100MB of internal memory, an M2 card slot, Bluetooth, a music player, and USB 2.0 connectivity. At just 17mm thick and weighing 92 grams, the K620i might be one of the smallest and lightest 3G phones that comes to market.

Here’s a rumors on the Nokia Smartphone N97 specs, it features a 3-inch TFT-LCD touchscreen display, 5.0-megapixel camera w/20x digital zoom, 20GB of built-in memory, and a microSD card slot. Pricing and availability has not been announced. We’ll keep you posted.

DailyTech manage to take a sky shot of the AMD Opteron Revision F processor. The model name OSA2218GAA6CQ is a dual-core 2.6GHz processor with the code name of Santa Rosa. The CPU features DDR2-667, Pacifica virtualization support, Presido security extensions and 1207 land-grid array pins. The processor also features enhanced memory RAS and registered DIMMs. An AM2 version of the processor dubbed Santa Ana is expected later this year as well.

This is the leaked photo of Sanyo Katana new mobile phone, Sanyo 6600 which will be released for Sprint. Not sure if this is accurate or not but still its a great capture of the phone. Its clear and it looks like Motorolla RAZR V3. It will be pack with a basic VGA camera, Bluetooth connectivity and QVGA display. No words on the availability yet.
