LG's 240Hz LCD TV

LG has launched a set of 42 and 47” LCD TV in Korea that use 240Hz panel, similar to the “MotionFlow from Sony”. LG has improved its LCD contrast ratio so as colors and implemented an Anti-glare layer to the LCD. Besides that, LG also include an USB port which allowed you access to your Photo and playing MP3 audio files. Hey! Sony announced World’s Thinest LCD TV in Japan

Sony is proud to introduce its sexy world’s thinnest LCD TV, called it Sony KDL-40ZX1. It is a 40-inches LCD TV that measures only at 9.9mm thick and weighs 26 pounds. Featuring LED backlighting, 3,000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz MotionFlow tech, x.v.Color, BRAVIA Engine 2 image processing and priced only at $4,474 after conversion from ¥. This slimmy will be released in Japan on November 10th, 2008.

Vizio XVT Series LCD TVs

Vizio has announced its new XVT Series LCD TVs, the first two models ~ 42-inch SV420XVT ($1200) and the 47-inch SV470XVT ($1500). Both of them come with 4 HDMI inputs, 1080p resolution with 120Hz operation, Vizio’s Smooth Motion Technology, SRS TruSurround XT technology for virtual 5.1 surround sound, and complementing component, composite, and S-Video inputs. I can imagine I have of this large LCD TV in my room, that will be great.

Samsung launched HD PDP TV 'PAVV Cannes 650' in Korea

Samsung Electronics has launched a full HD PDP TV ‘PAVV Cannes 650′ in Korea which comes in 50-inch and 58-inch. Samsung boasts the Cell Light Control feature which makes it support 1,000,000:1 mega-contrast ratio. Samsung also uses the 2008 Ultra Daylight technology and DNIe+(Digital Natural Image engine+) chipset to offer high quality picture.
