There’s a company called DigitalXtractions has released an ultimate outdoor webcam called the SCIRC t1. This camera is got its power from the sun and connects to the internet via built-in cell phone electronics. The SCIRC t1 is not cheap, it costs $450 and the solar panel costs $150 for the small one for sunny skies or $250 a bigger one for cloudy wheather.
