There complaints from Zune owners to Microsoft’s customer support center about the the screen of Zune, it cracks if it is left charge for an extended period of time. Some theorize that the screen is cracks because the lithium ion battery is placed behind the Zune screen and the screen crack when the battery gets hot. Microsoft has not yet issued an official statement and current warranties do not compensate for a cracked screen, so do not over charge your Zune.

Walmart sold Zune comes with adult pictures and video to a mother which she gave to her 12-year old daughter as a present. The Zune comes with 1-hour and 44-minute of homemade porn video. Martin’s (mother) daughter said that the box has been opened before. Walmart blames on MS for the porn, they refunded Martin and gave them a $25-dollar gift certificate. For increasing the sales of Zune Player which haven’t been great so far, Microsoft released a special edition Zune player for pink lover. Only 100 of this Pink Zune reached the retail market.
