iOS 4 is now available

iOS 4 is now available anyone here successfully updated your iPhone or iPod Touch to the iOS4? It is a 315MB update, pretty slow for the line here, takes around 3-6 hours to download. Well I have tried the whole morning, facing problem with error 9006

“There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone “iPhone”. An unknown error occurred (9006). Make sure
your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.”

Apple servers probably under high load, so I guess it is better to get it downloaded a bit later.

A cute mic for your iPhone.

June 19th, 2010

i-Mic

i-Microphone, that’s what Edutige is calling their new high-end microphone for the lucrative iPhone, iPod, and iPad market. Though somehow I think the name’s kind of long. The i-Microphone can deliver ultra-high sensitivity of -23dB, all thanks to the high-sensitivity unidirectional condenser microphones. Looks kind of like a mini afro head on top of the iPhone.

Navigon shows off iOS 4 multitask

June 19th, 2010

Check out the video, where Navigon, a famous GPS navigation app for iPhones, is being put to show along with iOS 4’s multitasking ability. Firing up Safari to search for information while using Navigon, and also answering phone calls. It seemed that Navigon will still direct us with voice command while we’re listening to calls. Isn’t that blatantly annoying?
