Apple has today refreshed their long dated iMacs with new power plants. The dated Core 2 Duo processors have been replaced with new Core i3 processors. Now the iMac family comes in a range of Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 variants, besides new discrete ATI Radeon HD GPU options. The screens now come with IPS panels, and an SD slot with SDXC support, and also the blazingly fast SSD option in the 27-inch version.
