Rana Sobhany, the first iPad DJ. She use two iPad and some apps to create beats, no laptop or synth needed. To be specific, she uses apps like Groovemaker House, Looptastic HD, iDaft, AC-7 Pro, Pianist Pro, and Sonosaurus Rex. She can be DJ at any place with Wifi network as she carry less equipment than a normal DJ does. Video after the break.

Wacom is going to released its Nextbeat NXT-1000 professional DJ equipment on September 18th, 2009 in Japan and on September 25th, 2009 in Europe. It measures 300 x 300 x 85 mm at 2.6kg. It comes with a removable unit which can be operated wirelessly. Check out the video after the break.
