Electrolux has come with their new design concept called the “Silence Amplified” Vacuum Cleaner. It is actually a concept version of its recently released UltraSilencer Vacuum cleaner. The concept version features a built-in iPod dock and a set of speakers allowing you to listen to music while cleaning up your room.

“Electrolux has also conducted a lab study with a series of tests to see how people react when vacuuming to music. One of the results is that vacuuming to music gets the job done faster, with less stress, and it can even result in some more calories burned.”

Flexio is a solar-powered radio designed by Wu Kun-chia, Wang Shih-ju, Chen Ming-daw and Liou Chang-ho. It has only one fixed FM channel with flexible speaker and flexible solar cell.

It’s designed to be used within the station-waves range, but could be modified to receive internet radio via WiFi or WiMax.
