This is the Super Mario World Board Game designed by Ashley Buerkett. Yes, this board game design based on the Super Mario Nintendo game.

Yeah I played this last time, Power Rangers for SNES. At the start of the each level, you stay unmorphed until you defeat those putties and reach the halfway point then you morph, fight the rest of the level till you reach the boss. Oh yeah, when morphed you can use some special attack. The final two levels are Megazord battles, no memory card that time and that’s why you can replay the Megazord battles with 2 players by entering some passwords.
