Samsung has just announced the worlds thinnest mobile phone which hold the throne with 6.9mm thick in Korea. The SGH-X820 will be display at the “Sviaz ExpoComm 2006″ in Russia from May 10 to May 13. It features a 80MB internal storage, 2 megapixel camera, built in MP3 player, bluetooth 2.0 and TV-Output. It is going to be available in Russia and other European countries in May and is expected to be released in China market in June.
