Kenwood’s new “Media Keg” players, they come in 1GB (M1GC7) / 2GB (M2GC7) of Flash memory, a built-in digital amplifer, a bright OLED display, FM tuner/recorder, USB 2.0 connectivity, and up to 10-hours of continuous playback. Supported formats include, MP3, WMA, and WAV. Both of them measure 37 x 15.5 x 67mm and weigh in at 44g. These player will be available on sale in the early November at Japan for $168.

CNET reviews on MPIO FL400 digital audio player, it comes with 512MB of memory storage, a backlit LCD display, integrated FM tuner, 7-mode preset EQ, USB 2.0 connectivity, and up to 9-hours battery life. The MPIO FL400 has a sharp-looking, wearable design, unfortunately it’s a bit expensive and lack of new features.

MP-F958 new portable media player from Aigo, it comes with 1GB memory storage, 2-inch LCD display, FM tuner, text reader and MiniSD card slot. Supported media formats include MP3, WMA, Wave and AVI. The video playback on the MP-F958 was smooth with no lags. Aigo claims that its MP-F958 battery life provides 10 hours for music playback which is kinda low. At the size of 2.6 x 1.85 x 0.6-inches and 1.5-ounces, Aigo Patriot MP-F986 manages to pack a 160 x 128 OLED display and 512MB-1GB of memory. Additional, it comes with a FM tuner. Supported media formats include MP3, WMA, OGG, and AVI. Pricing and availability has not been announced.

Kenwood Japan released its Keg HD30GB9. It comes with 30GB Hard Drive and 2.2 inch 320 x 240 pixel TFT display, unfortunately with a mammoth hard drive and a large display, it does not support video playback, such a waste. It supported formats include MP3/WMA/WAV/WMA DRM and Kenwood Lossless formats for music playback. The Lithium Ion battery gives you 20 hours of continuous playback. It measures 61 x 17 x 104mm and weighs 140 grams. It will be available by end of this month in Japan, priced 50,000 Yen ($ 425).

This Mp3 player features 6GB of internal memory, comes with a colour LCD screen, and decked out in sleek and shiny black with matching docking station. Supported format will be the WMA and MP3 and it also has a built-in Voice recorder coupled with ten tracks from the MoS’s collection. You can get this MP055C6 for £179.99 ($340).

The Samsung X830 is a slider phone released not long ago, which comes in black color. The orange edition of this X830 will soon available. The phone comes with a 82MB internal memory although the Korean version comes with 1GB internal memory, woo that’s a big different. Of course it has a built-in music player and it support MP3, WMA, OGG, DCF, SMP file format. Because of its slim body the numeric key has to be put into 2 keys per row with is hard for us to press when we’re use to the 3 keys per row but nevermind soon you will get use to it. It measures 85 x 29 x 20 mm and weighs 74 grams only. And because of the long and narrow body also, the display screen is 128 x 220 pixels. Other than a music player, the phone also comes with Bluetooth connectivity, USB 2.0 and 64 polyphonic.

SanDisk has released its Sansa C200-series of entry-level digital audio players. It features 1.4-inch TFT display, FM tuner, voice recorder, a microSD card slot, and up to 15-hours continuous playback and it supports MP3, WMA, and WMA (DRM) audio formats. It weighs 1.51-ounces with the battery and it is available in 1GB for $80 or 2GB for $100. Availability has not been announced.
